Terrible company will say anything to you to get your order and pocket your money they sell poor quality faulty goods when you call them up they will not accept responsibility and hang up the phone on you, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I bought bed and mattress from them, was quick delivery, I was away for few days, so I couldn't assemble a bed immediately. I managed to assemble a bed, but next day was so disappointed - mattress already had a dent. Very poor quality. I did tried to call them back and ask for solution, but they said is too late and cant do nothing. Bad customer service, bad quality. Stay away from this company!

I found this company on website called http://gipi.co.uk, We bought a dining table from Top Furniture.co.uk and everything was smooth and perfect. Prior to ordering the table, I emailed on a couple of occasions for various reasons and both times I was answered quickly and reassuringly. When the table arrived, the delivery guys were very helpful and, believe it or not, incredibly jolly. They even fussed over our dogs. And the table itself is utterly beautiful. We couldn't be happier. I'd DEFINITELY recommend Top Furniture.

Yesterday I bought Dino corner sofa from this company I got the best offer so far from internet and they have delivered the sofa to me same day. Me and my wife are amazed by receiving fast delivery. Quality of the sofa is excellent over all 5* from me to this company.

ordered the amy sofas corner for £400 for 'leather'

1 when the sofas came i put them in my room for storage while i redecorate my living room then when getting the sofas out 2 weeks later the sofas where wrong, there was one brown one black and and both lefts so wouldnt join.

2 they only just replaced it but kicked up a fuss about it saying how lucky i am that they came out and replaced it after so long,

3 when they was replaced the driver pushed it into my home and scratched the sofas all up the radiators in the hall way and left marks up the sofas.

4 they refused to replace so still have the damaged sofas.

5 they said they would replace but never picked up my calls

6 family member rang they picked up the phone and said there is nothing they can do.

7 not enough legs for the sofas to go on. they did give me some..... in the end but didnt knock on my door to give them to me. left them on my door step

8 the join of the sofas is higher so on part of the sofa floats in the air.

9 wasnt enough wood to screw the legs on to

10 supporting wood at the back of the sofas has snapped in half due to me sitting on my sofas.

11 still refused to replace the damaged.

12 now having save for a new one.

Less than a year ago I bought a bed for £135 which admittedly seems a good price.

It was for a spare room and very little used however despite this in a matter of months the spring were protruding so badly that the mattress needs replacing

In trying to speak to the company I was time and time again fobbed off because nobody in authority...I was given 3 different names...was available.

Finally I refused to give up and after 10 minutes did manage to speak to someone who had been there all along.

He said they offer no warranty on beds under £1000 and that one shouldn't expect more than a few months use from such a product. Be warned.

Well if I'd been told that earlier I could have saved a lot of telephone time
