Still waiting for my sofas after ordering in April with a July delivery date. 2 days before delivery date I was told they didn’t have it . Despite chasing weekly I am none the wiser as to when I will get it!!
They reply with their standard response which tells me exactly NOThING.

Terrible service - I will never order from them again

I too have been waiting 14 weeks for my sofa only to receive an email 2 days before my delivery date saying delay. They had a completely different phone number to mine. Just not acceptable

I too have been waiting with no where to sit since July, I gave my old sofa away, 2 days before the original expected delivery date. I m waiting on my 4 delivery date of 14 Oct. See what happens but not hopeful.
No one contacts you to let you know, they tell you to email but you just get a standard reply, 'we will contact you in 48 hrs' no one does. Some of the email addresses don't work. Everyone you speak to gives a different reason for the delay. Shambolic at best. How can they still be selling furniture that they cannot deliver or clear backlog, it's pure greed.
