The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. They put you on hold for 10 minutes, then cut you off. You call back and hear a message saying there's a queue in front of you and they shut at 6pm so not worth hanging on. They don't use out of office notifications on their emails, so you can be waiting for an email reply only to be told a week later that the person you contacted went on holiday that day and still isn't back. They can never transfer you to anyone who might actually be able to help you. They put all the emphasis back on the customer, asking you to send emails, send photos, call us back etc etc hoping you will get fed up and give up!

To cap it all they told me that the upholstered dining chairs I had received were not faulty, you were supposed to be able to see the frames through the material and padding!
