Horrendous, Pathetic, Shambles
Firstly, I ordered an item on the 16th April and its taken nearly a month for the item to get dispatched, no updates, no reply what so ever to my email enquiries. I understand these are troubled times, however I can get a delivery from China in 3 days.
Secondly, I had an email saying my item has been delivered and signed for by the household. The item has not been delivered, or signed for by anyone in my household. I know they haven't attempted a delivery as I have cameras on my property. All customer service keeps saying is, "they are waiting to interview the driver". Sorry, not good enough. If an item had gone missing from my company, that driver would be on the phone immediately for an explanation. The service has been awful, I definitely will not be ordering from JTF again. They are happy to take your money but not so happy to get your item delivered to you.

Never Treat Your Customers Like ***
me and my wife go to the store on a regular basis JTF Sheffield. after shopping for about 2-hours in the store, we noticed a barbecue in the sales.so I thought to myself I'll take one of them,there was only two left.with the price clearly marked on a stand. trapped under the 2 boxes roughly A4 size.but when I got to the till the price had doubled.so I said to the lovely till lady the price is wrong.when a tall ginger haired manager appeared, with a totally different piece of paper in his hand. with a different price.so I went round to show him and believe it or not they have moved it so the price wasn't there anymore.all he had to say was sorry we have made a mistake. we all do.but don't call me a liar.I wasn't that bothered about a barbecue,your lost JTF I spent a lot of money in there.

Excuse After Excuse From Jtf. Awful Service, Avoid When Poss
Before I start I would like to state that this is the first time I have felt it necessary to write a review on any company.
I have recently purchased 2 items from JTF – both delivered with missing / damaged parts.
Firstly, I had a Monaco rattan garden furniture set delivered. I had it delivered a few weeks earlier than required so that I could ensure I had it ready to take to my holiday home in Wales at Easter. After a couple of weeks I decided to build the double seat, at home, which actually went together fine (apart from the snapped off broken piece but this was at the back) however, I then spotted that there was a cushion missing. I rang JTF who advised me that they had sold out and in order to get a refund I would need to dismantle the seat and box it all. I explained that the seat will not come down as they are clipped into position and (if it was possible) it is likely to get damaged. The girl’s response was that ‘well other customers manage it’ – I carried on trying to explain however, her mind was set and that was that. Anyway, I decided it was only a cushion so I suggested that I would simply buy another from elsewhere to which she stated “okay, send me a receipt and so long as it’s approx. £25 we’ll send you a refund”. That was how it was left. However, I noted the £25 was refunded into my account within a couple of days.
It was impossible to get hold of a replacement and I’d given up and accepted that I wouldn’t get one then the next problem arose.
I carefully loaded the car with the seat and the flat pack chairs (which I hadn’t built yet) to take them to Wales to use for a family gathering. When I came to build the 2nd chair and make sure all the pieces had been delivered it was clear that one on the arms was broken with a ‘chunk’ missing out of the corner. With our family event looming I had to build the chair and stick ‘gaffer’ tape over the corner to prevent any personal injuries. Our family gathering when ahead with our new ‘gaffer’ taped furniture.
I contacted JTF and explained the problem and the response I received was nothing less than appalling. The girl in customer services had clearly not had any training. It was simply an exercise on her part in ‘how to blame someone else’ or ‘how can we get out of this one’. She basically said I had accepted a partial refund (for the cushion) so any other problems are not the responsibility of JTF. In addition she stated that I had damaged it in transit! I explained I had photos of the box as it was delivered and photos of the damaged seat however, she was having ‘none of it’. How can JTF suggest that ‘accepting’ (which was not agreed) a payment for a missing cushion then absolves them from anything else which is wrong with the product?
The main problem appears to be the delivery company who have ‘thrown it around’ without a care in the world and then our friendly support centre who again don’t have a care in the world once they have got your money.
Unfortunately, I had also ordered a gazebo from JTF prior to the problems above. Yes, you’ve guessed it, I spent 2 hours building the gazebo and when I fitted the final curtain then spotted a hole in the middle of it. I did briefly discuss this matter with our friendly customer services representative however, she suggested it was damaged in the wind? With this comment I knew I was not going to get anywhere.
My experience with this outfit has been the most difficult I have ever had with any ‘business’. I would not recommend them to anybody and I have just put this one down to experience. Next time I’ll pay a little bit more and deal with one of the responsible professional high street retailers of which there are many.
Note – Should JTF actually respond to this review please take any comments with a ‘pinch of salt’. They requested I contacted them after my first review was withdrawn – which I did via email – and they haven’t responded. They just hope the matter will ‘go away’ and in fact, I believe, it is the end of it however, I am entitled to write my reviews to any website I wish.

Jtf Do Not Order From Them
we ordered a outdoor garden furniture set on 18th July and were told 3 to 5 working days delivery . eventually after chasing up we received a delivery time and date of Monday 2nd august between 7am and 9am
740 am on the Monday of delivery we receive a phone call. the furniture has just been damaged loading onto the van. we asked where they were delivering from and were told wigan . ( only about 150 mile so the delivery might have been a bit late )
we were then offered a refund which we declined so long as we could have a replacement set delivered within the original 3 to 5 days .
we still had no delivery date by 10th august so we have contacted jtf to be told the replacement had not been re-ordered and they are now out of stock so they are issuing a full refund and as a good will gesture they will even issue a delivery refund for a delivery we have not received ( very kind of them )
wish i could give zero star for customer service and after sales

Coffee Table Lasted Less Than One Month
Purchased an oak finish coffee table from JTF Wholesale online - Sienna model for £29.99.
In less than two weeks, the surface was ruined - simply by putting warm dinner plates on it.
I contacted the sales team, and they asked me to send them pictures of what the stains looked like (dark water stains, even though I hadn't split anything on it).
I emailed them photos, and next day they replied that they would do nothing for me. Not even exchange my item. Tried to blame me for what is just a piece of &&&& piece of furniture.
I've had lots of wood furniture in my lifetime, and NEVER have I had this happen.
This is their own bad product, and they wont own up to it.
Disgusting and pathetic
Not to mention most staff in the stores are absolutely miserable, so one can conclude that this is a horrible company with horrible management and staff
you cant really complain if you didn't use place matts like normal people
