I ordered an ottoman bed and I paid a handyman to put it up he was 90% of the way through when he noticed that there was a piece of one of the sides missing. Called ikea and they can only redeliver the whole bed not just the required part, furthermore they cannot do this for 4 DAYS and the whole bed will need to be dismantled to allow for this new part. The person I spoke to on the phone said I needed a VAT receipt from a HANDYMAN?! to claim for the cost of having the item re-made. AWFUL SERVICE I will not be using Ikea again.
