I purchased a Linton rise and recline chair and the seat cushion was very soft and did not provide adequate support, I was tempted not to accept delivery but was misinformed by the subcontractor that it would take a very long time to replace. I was left with no choice but to accept the chair as I had already disposed of my old one.
I left a bad review and was contacted by HSL customer services who arranged for an engineer to visit and replace the defective cushion. This has now been done and I finally have the chair that I purchased.
There is no doubt that I was misled by a subcontractor but HSL customer service went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied and I can't speak highly enough of them.
