I ordered a pair of curtains yesterday via Click and Collect. Got an email this morning saying unfortunately the item wasn't in stock. After being told many different things from their so called customer service agents, the latest thing is it could take up to 72 hours to process my refund" We shall see if I get it.
From other reviews it seems Dunelm are fond of advertising stock they don't have, to take customers money and then keep hold of it for days. Not good business practice and clearly don't care one iota about the customer.
