Staff are expected to stand outside the store for 3 hours without a break or seating to meet and greet. In cold temperatures and pouring rain. my daughter is an employee there and has been very ill recently. When she asked her manager if her stint could be shortened she was ignored and made to do the full three hours.
When I raised a concern to this manager, that this might exacerbate her health condition I was met with a very rude, arrogant and dismissive response. No customer care skills or courtesy at all and clearly does not have any empathy or concern for her team.
Dunhelm makes it very difficult to make a complaint, Process is made deliberately prohibitive.
