from the first viewing in the ipswich store the staff were exceptional,no pressure at all we had a great selection.we told the sales lady we lived in kent she replyed no problem,we put down deposit with a 12 week delivery date,9 weeks received a tex to say the sofas in the country,11 weeks phone call to give deliver date,delivered in the 3 hour slot,delivery guys exellent well done dfs.
