The sale advisors where brilliant - not pushy but could give me all the information i was looking for. my sofa arrived 5 weeks later - a little over the stated time scale but that was ok. my chair however took 8 weeks in total, and we were not kept up to date with its progress, WE had to call them, and after many 'i dont know' and 'we will call you back', we finally found out what the problem was, but the story and ETA changed every time we spoke to the advisors!
Not impressed with this service and will not be shopping here again!
