I know that people keep slating DFS but I have to speak as I find... we bought a new sofa over 23 years ago just as my second eldest lad was born. 4 kids, 2 house moves and 23 years later it has finally come to the end of it's life!! So sad as it was a lovely design -lots of people commented on how lovely it was. Just can't find anything now we like...but would definitely buy there again!

Lucky you,the sofa that you purchased all them years ago was properly made under lord kirkham who was very keen on great customer service and even better furniture.DFS have since been taken over by a private equity firm who is in it to make as much money as quick as possible,truth be known that their furniture is very poorly made now cutting as many corners as possible.i have had 1 of these sofas made under the new company and after just 2 years looks like a bag of rubbish and will now have to be thrown out.Never will I buy again from them.
