paid full in sept 2022, problem with delivery, problem with cushion, supposed to be reversible. spoke to comsumer rights, sent an email to dfs they just laugh at me, I still do not have the covers I paid for apparently they where sent to me on 5/3 by 2nd class royal mail and I have to wait 10 days to request a refund, royal mail have assured me that if they posted even by 2nd class on 5/3 I would have them by now, I emailed DFS complaints on the 5/3 and am still awaiting a reply, once they get your money they dont give a dam, the store made it sound so convincing or I would have gone elsewhere
