Ordered a full sofa set already during COVID and they told me delivery would be in no more than 8 weeks.

When it was taking much longer than that I wanted to cancel the order as I was out for the summer and surely I would have found offers after the summer.. I was asked to wait a bit longer as it would be delivered any time. They did not have any tracking of the status of the order and kept telling to wait. Talking with customer service is impossible. Only way to ask for a call back. They call you back within 72 hours but you cannot fix a time slot. If you miss their call you have to go through the sa,è process again.

The product was delivered after 16 weeks and one week later they put an offer with a reduced price for 1500 pounds.

I called the customers service and after a few attempts response was that nothing could be done. They agreed I could return as I was within the terms but spending 400gbp for the delivery.

We recently found out also that the sofa has a defects.

In summary. Poor customer service , poor product and poor value for money with the price reduction immediately after delivery.
