Bought a sofa and it fell to bits 6 months after we had it ! After care service was terrible will never use them again

I have suffered the same fate with my DFS sofa...it would be interesting if it's the same range.
I have had two visits from DFS "Managers". They recited their well rehearsed lines....."it's normal wear and tear etc.etc!"...I was also told I was sitting in the wrong place! My sofas are less than year old!!

Mine is 5 months old and worn out !! We ready had a suite returned as all the stuffing went straight to the bottom of the furniture!! And we had that for 8 months !! And I can say that was a real battle to get another suite but weren't allowed a refund !!! Never again !!! The manager couldn't talk to me he had a sore throat I had to ring a manager at another store !!
