So, back in September Of this year (2020) we ordered the Modular Stamford Sofa In the size and colour we wanted. We paid my next directory account and was advised at the time of ordering that it would be about 15 weeks. We were okay with that as we had to have some walls plastered, then decorate and get a new carpet. The 15 weeks was up on 26/12/20 and as we had not heard anything I gave them a call to find out what the situation was. I was advised that my corner sofa had arrived at the warehouse, but they were waiting for the footstool and that was why they hadn’t been in touch with regards to delivery, I was then informed that the could deliver the corner sofa on 22/12/20 but would need to do a further delivery when the footstool turned up we were happy with that situation so agreed a delivery time. On the morning of said delivery, I had several messages sent, the first advising me the delivery would be a little later that advised as they had vehicle problems, the next text asking me to call them regarding my delivery. I called them and was advised that they couldn’t find my sofa and it wasn’t on the delivery van, I then received a call advising me that half my sofa was out for delivery and that the other half had been mislaid in the warehouse (the warehouse is apparently the size of a football pitch). They asked if I wanted the half that was on the van and they would then have to try and find the missing part of the sofa, which could take up to 72 hours, if they couldn’t find the missing part it would have to be reordered, the waiting time at this moment in time is 22 weeks!! I declined the delivery as I couldn’t see the point in having half a sofa. Today I have been informed that they have been unable to find the missing part of my corner sofa and therefore it would need to be reordered!! I have therefore requested a full refund and am now back to square one having to look for another sofa (which can’t be done at this present time because we are in tier 4) and we will probably have to wait at least another 12 weeks before it’s delivered as well.

Says more about the quality of ordering and delivery, and absolutely nothing about the quality of the furniture. An unfortunate incident rather than a reason not to order.
