GARDA SOFA

I purchased a a small and medium sofa from next, within a month the cushions on the medium sofa started the role over the edge making it look very old and shabby. The cushions over the arm rest went flat in the same amount of time. Complained to next stating how unsatisfied I was. Next arranged to send out an independent assessor (I'd question how independent they are). The assessor agreed the cushion had moved and advised I open the seat cushion up weekly and pull the filling around the straighten it up. My reply to the assessor was do you really think that's exceptable on at the time 1-2 month old sofa. My concerns were if it's like this now what's it going to look like in 12months time. All of the above information was given to next. Their reply was absolutely shocking. Basically told me there was nothing wrong with the sofa and I had to re dress it on a weekly basis. I am currently sitting on same said sofa and it like sitting on a 20yr old sofa I wouldn't mind so much if I'd paid 500 pound for the two sofa but this us far from the case.
I am going to contact next again and if I have no look I'm taking it to trading standards as theses sofas are not fit for purpose.
My recommendation would be NEVER buy a sofa from next.
