Samsung RSH7ZNBP Fridge Freezer

I am very annoyed with appliance city,they attempted to deliver the fridge,before thy took it of the lorry the van driver said it might go through the door but he was worried about the step inside the house,he then mentioned about putting it through the window?in the end it was a no no,I then phoned the company up and they said I will have to pay £52 for a failed delivery when he didnt attempt it,the company said I should of booked a two man delivery for £9,why would I pay £9 when the other option is free delivery,they need to explain there terms and conditions a little bit clearer

Appliance arrived on time, failed within 6 months, the Samsung engineer arrived with the wrong parts, but did manage to get it working again all except the LED display. Within one week it failed again with me losing all the food in the fridge and freezer. They now want to try again, not sure I would let a Samsung engineer in the house again!! On the positive side it looks great, just very hot inside!!
