Along with my CATA Gas Hob & Fridge Freezer I purchased thru B&Q with my new kitchen...
My Freezer is faulty for the second time in less than 2 yrs. Initially the interior light packed up & now the freezer has. It works just as a Fridge atm....
Again I have has 0800 Repair in to detect the fault & he fan in the upper most part of the freezer has completely frozen up & broken the motor.
Due to the design concept of the appliance running, all I can perceive is that if it was repaired that the same fault will happen again within 2 yrs as it is not powerful enough to evaporate the build up of moisture in the unit.
I have reinforced that this appliance is not suitable for purpose & insist by law I want it replacing as it has not lasted 6 yrs....
They are insisting on a repair only!!!!
Any further suggestions anyone?

Maybe you're lucky you've got it fixed at all. They came out to look at ours for 10 seconds (after 11 months of having it), lied to our faces about the installation voiding warranty, then left. The thing they said was wrong with the installation, ventilation issues, wasn't incorrect and it actually has over the recommended minimum space for ventilation. So it isn't void, they're just liars trying to cheat people out of money for their worthless piles of junk they call appliances.
