I used XE.com to transfer funds between Canada and the UK. The experience I have had is terrible. Although they are supposed to transfer funds in 3 days, I have found that they send through inane questions, typically at the end of the business day, in what can only be seen as an attempt to stall the transfer. It also takes them 24 hours to reply to any email, phone customer service and they are totally useless.
XE.com have had my money for a week now and although I call or email every day and they promise that the funds will be transferred at the latest the following day, still nothing. Appalling. I am starting to wonder if I will ever see my money again!
