They have the worst customer service and it is a nightmare getting your money. Had to call my sister to have her talk to headquarters to square everything out and make a formal complaint. I told her to use Venmo. But she didn't listen. I think she will now. The girls at the 901 south Bristol Santa Ana location are horrible. The way they treated the guy before me was just as frustrating.
