In Prague yesterday we very nearly got supremely ripped off by these money sharks. My husband was about to sign the long printed slip of paper the clerk handed him when I suddenly noticed that they were going to levy a 27% fee!!!!!!
Couldn't believe it. Said no way, please give us our cash sterling back. He then said okay, I will charge you 5%. Still did not want to pay such a fee as just getting money from an ATM and being charged 2% by your bank is best way.

DO NOT UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE USE THESE PROPLE!!!! Even a shopkeeper or your hotel will give you a far more acceptable rate.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
