I have just been informed today, 11 days after setting up a money transfer to South Africa, that you cannot take funds from a business account. The recipient had already paid out this money and therefore needed us to pay him as soon as possible. We now discover we cannot do this and therefore the deal is likely to break down.
When I initially spoke to one of your representatives I explained exactly what the money was for and that it was a business transaction. At no time was any mention made of not being able to use a business account for what was a business transaction.
I see it states on your website that you provide online payments for business clients - how so, if they cannot use business accounts to pay?
I will not be using UKForex again and will not recommended you to any of my business associates either.

Hello, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you feel that one of our customer service representatives gave you the wrong information. This issue occurred as you had registered with a personal account and due to our regulations you would need a corporate account to make deals from business account.
