I have given this company a second chance,but it happened again. they cancelled my transaction with no valid reason except that there was something wrong with the receiving bank's server which is always a temporary thing! All in a matter of a day, they automatically cancelled and trapped my money in their 7 days to refund policy. how can they take money out of my account so fast, without the money being received by any bank and yet not be able to return my money to me? I did not initiate the cancellation,they did. If I hadn't called,they would not have sent me an email to tell me they cancelled! when I called,the agent said she will "escalate " my concern. So this is the support I got from them! Cancelled transaction! They can now use my money for free! After this second bad experience with this company, I conclude that Transfast is unreliable! I hate to be suspicious but I can't help but think that they are into something dishonest. So I had to go to western union to send the much needed cash. It got there in a few minutes! A little more in fees but they make sure money gets there fast and are honest. I also use xoom .com, they do not take the money from your account unless successfully deposited. Lesser in exchange rate but honest transactions! Transfast is in the business of cancelling transactions to trap customers money for days!

The reason we debit the money right away is because all transfers must go through the ACH process which takes several days before we actually receive your funds. During this time we review the transaction so once your funds are received we can transfer them right away. I would be happy to look into your transaction to offer some suggestions in the future.
