i had to call the customer service to cancel a lost cheque which I received through money gram franchise. i had to call 18 times and every time i call they transfer my call to their "RIGHT DEPARTMENT" which is like 7 or 8 times. nobody knows how to solve your problem. people with worst accents, pathetic service with idiot running the company. i hope people read the reviews here to make their choice. Never ever use Money Gram. if you use it anyhow. never call their customer service because you will end up only with frustration and no resolution.
