I am well impressed with this site. Its the first time I've used it and will definitely use it again. I'm not a money minding person or up on the world of finances or mortgages so I submitted a query around 11.30 pm thinking I would hopefully have an answer sometime the next day. (I currently have a mortgage but have seen a property I like at auction which currently has tenants. I wanted to know if I could buy this property and let the current tenants rent it out). I couldn't believe it when within a few minutes I had not only the answer to my query but a link leading me to the sites which could help me further. This is a fab site which I will be telling all me friends. If you have a query.... just ask; I'm sure you will be as happy as me :) And thank you to whoever answered my query or who runs this site, you truly are appreciated. Thanks guys :)
