As a finance professional I felt confident I could get the ccjs removed by myself. What I failed to acknowledge is the other party unwillingness to comply and see reason.

This is when I engaged with lender and court ('LC'). The person I dealt with was brilliant. She kept me regularly updated, happy to take my calls and removed the stress for us.

After a period of mediation with the other party and her regular chasing the other party agreed to get the two ccjs set aside.

We are very grateful to get our life back on track - it was money well spent.
