I use this website to get advice for money saving and it always comes up with the info I need. I found it especially useful when trying to select the perfect ISA account & have saved a lot of money over the past few months

I was struggling to sort out my finances after a change in job and slight pay drop and they were as easy to talk to as a trusty friend no pressure on me at all and helped me get my money in order .Would recommend to anyone that needs advice on money or saving

I have regularly use Know Your Money Facebook page to keep up to date with financial products and services or just to find out what I should be doing with your money. It's easy to understand and always there. Good for busy Mums!

Unbelievably poor customer service. Even caught them lying to me. Ridiculously expensive. You would be better finding someone else!

I came to know about this company through a car insurance comparison site, they gave me a reasonable quote and obtained my bank details through online. The confirmation email I received stated that they were going to contact me which they did not.

After few weeks I contacted them to esquire about my policy, they advised me that the initial quote they gave me was no longer valid and the new quote is well above the initial quote.

The person I have spoken to was not sure about the registration of the company and unsure about obtaining my bank details online. I requested to speak to their manager and the reply was that they all were in a meeting and I could not speak to them at that stage. I asked about if the company was registered and their address and the person I spoke to explained to me that the address on their website is wrong.

I urge all those people who go through comparison site for insurance please do not fall into this trap.

My second year premium was more than double my first.On complaining I was informed that the premium had gone up a bit due to the insurers reconfiguration of policies.Wiser Choice agreed there was no reason eg accident etc and charged me £50 for cancellation.Go Compare immediately reduced my premium by more than 50%.
