I knew very little about Equity release before talking to my adviser. He was very patient, helpful and efficient. I had been concerned about being 'pushed' by some high-pressure salesmanship but the process was reassuringly friendly and informative. I was surprised how quickly everything was completed and very pleased with both the outcome and the frequent communication from the adviser to keep me informed about the ongoing progress. Thank you!
