A few days before our crossing from Italy to Albania we had to cancel. We then realised that aferry had never sent us a confirmation email of the booking; we had only received a payment confirmation from paypal. We tried to log into our aferry account, but couldn't, and when we clicked reset password, the reset password email never arrived.
WE HAD NO MEANS OF CANCELLING THE BOOKING AND LOST £290 BECAUSE THERE WAS NO CONTACT NUMBER ON THE SITE, AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED VIA THE EMAIL ENQUIRY FORM.
