Famous Dave's Moisture Tan

I have tried many fake tan lotions, mouses etc over the past 10 years. One thing was certain - the first applications were always a disaster, streaking, patches etc.

I read reviews of Famous Dave tanning stuff and to be fair it looked as though it was going to beat the rest hands down.

Got three Dark Tanning mouse 200ml bottles. Used the FD tanning mitt.

First off it looks weird, smells a little but not unpleasant.

Started applying and yes it certainly did everything that was promised.

Dried quickly, didn't stain clothing or bedding. Left it 12 hours and showered. To be fair there was some tan coloured run off, but that's because I plastered it on first day.

The colour is exotic brown, the best I've ever had Next day topped up, just coz I could - even better.

No downside to this stuff. Brilliant. And I'm a bloke who likes to spend time in the garden on a sunny day. Awesome!

I ordered the moisture tan self tanner with bronzer...received the wrong product ....contacted the owner and he tried to say that I did receive the correct product...neither bottles had pro self tanner with bronzer on them like the image on the site that I ordered from. Bait and switch.

Now he won't even send a label to me to send them back at his expense!!!

Wants me to pay for his mistake!!!

My initial usage did not turn out how I had hoped, but after a couple of tries I perfected it and it does give a tan that doesn't look fake, I love it! The color is quite natural and lasts for about 5 days

I'VE been a user of this tanner for a few years NOW. it is my all time FAVORITE. it does not turn you orange or leave you STREAKY. there is a slight SCENT, but it ISN'T that BAD. after a few showers the smell goes AWAY. (ONLY option was mild and VILE, but the smell ISN'T VILE) if you are looking for a wonderful tanning lotion to give you an amazing GLOW, you have to try this tanning LOTION. you WON'T be DISAPPOINTED!!!! -TRACI

Don't be discouraged by the price, it really is the best sunless-tanning product out there! Everything about it is good quality, and if you are not satisfied the company will give you a full refund. No traces of orange on my skin, just a golden tan. No streaks, either. Truly worth the money :)

Famous Dave's self tanner is the best sunless tanner I have ever used. It looks amazing and my skin feels moisturized.

Great for at home use. The dark is golden brown, but not too dark. Not at all orange. No perfume, only a very faint tanner smell which they all have and this was not very noticeable. The lotion goes on nicely, especially with the tanning glove you can purchase. It blends in very nicely and dries quicker and drier than any other tanner I have ever used and I have used everything. It doesn't dry to quick when you use it which is nice because then you don't get streaky, but once you are done it dries and leaves you soft, not sticky and greasy for hours later. I was very pleased with the result and as I have said I get spray tans often and have also used every at home tanner from the drug store brands to the most expensive.

I have been using Famous Daves Moisture Tan for several years, now, and have never found another that can compare. Absolutely no streaking, very natural tan, easy to apply. Never a streaky or orange look. Don't waste money on any other product. I have tried many from the cheapest, to the most expensive, and this is the only one I will use! I always exfoliate first, take a warm bath, dry well, then apply. Perfect!

This lotion is a must-have for pale people like me. I struggle to maintain a vibrant tan for longer than a week. So, this lotion will come in handy this winter when I go months without sunshine. I've tried other self-tanners, but there are none like Dave's. There is only a subtle scent. The lotion comes out white and does not stain or rub off on anything. The lotion, yes, is a bit pricey but 100% worth the money. Don't go to dangerous tanning beds- splurge on this lotion. I think the tan looks better than a real one, completely serious. :)

This is the easiest lotion to apply. After just 5 minutes, you can put your clothes back on. I never see streaks and the color looks great. I feel like I glow. I will never go back to expensive store-bought brands.. I am a customer for life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
