Hello All, My husband gifted me a makeover photo shoot on my birthday from Treat Me who then booked me an appointment to Memorable Portraits studio in London. Till date, I have not received my complimentary photo frame to which I am entitled to. The photo shoot I got is of £15 but because of my personal situation , as I could not collect the photo frame on time, they are charging me more than half the amount to send it to my place. Also, would like to warn you in case if you had any emergency situation like I had a knee dislocation a day before my photoshoot, instead of being confirmed by Treat me of not losing the refund and rescheduling the appointment, I was not refunded the deposit by Memorable Potraits at all so a photoshoot which attracts you in a deal for 15 pounds actually cost me 15 + 30 (deposit not refunded) and in order to get the photo frame , anther 8 pounds which I have given up. Along with the hidden costs (not mentioned when you buy it), the complimentary photo is something you can only select from the first 5 photos arranged by the studio during the review session which is a bizarre as the first five out of three outfits that you shoot of during the session, only you can get the photo in the first outfit which they will not tell you at all. Don’t go for it.

“Rude,abrupt and refused to put me through to her manager”

Believe me the review on this and other web sites are false i.e. these are put on by their staff/managers. This company is an absolute disgrace to customer service. I simply rang up to book and experience and my call lasted no more than 30 seconds. The women/girl who answered my call was rude, abrupt and damn write objectionable. She ask me for voucher reference, I gave her apparently my pin, she got angry, then she asked for my post code, but she asked the question so fast and unclear, I’m asked her to repeat her question. She sighed and asked again. I then asked her for her manager as I wasn't going to put up with her anymore. She put the phone down. As she represents the company not only should she be sacked the company in my eyes should be allowed to go bust (which they will soon at this rate). DON'T use them. Many other companies in the same field. Read this soon cause it will get deleted so you only see how supposedly 'good' this company are.
