I bought the voucher for my husbands birthday and tried to call the company called Starsfly to book the date as in to the blue stated after the registration. I have called at least 30 times and left messages after messages asking them to call me back. I have never received a call from them. Then I have called In to the blue to complain and they said that they will send and email asking them to call me and she also said that they never had complains about this company and this is the first time. When I started reading the reviews after this bad experience I have realised that the company have known how bad their customer service is and they have replied to reviews saying that they have resolved this. I don't know how this company can lie to the customers and still sell the experience which customers will never get to go to. This is the first time I have used this site and will be the last.
