Same as belie bought multiple vouchers COVID hit myself and partner as key worker , under much stress over later 18mnths reminder each other we had these to look forward to , ive emailed multiple times , refusing to honour the vouchers awful customer services ……..some given away a fare amount of money ……

I am sorry to hear that your voucher has expired.
We extended all vouchers for free until 1st June 2021.
We appreciate that last year and this year has been challenging for everyone and any customer that has been in contact with us prior to their expiry date we have tried to help, whether this be an extension or making a booking for when restrictions were lifted.

This seems to be a generic answer as have had the same. I am contacting trading standards to see their stance and national press.
