I arranged a viewing on a property advertised with WeSold. This was arranged speedy and they were very helpful sending all property details to my email and mobile.

We found selling our property with WeSold very simple. They were organised with arranging client’s viewings on our property, we had offers to decide between within the first month of marketing and we saved thousands. Why anyone wouldn’t chose to sell their property this way is beyond me.

I sold my property with We Sold as they offer the same service as a normal estate agent without the fees. They always got back to me in a timely manner and were very helpful throughout the complete sale of my property. Would recommend to anyone!

We Sold offered us all the same as a local estate agent without the sky-high prices. We were very sceptical at first but after speaking with them we felt it was worth trying this new way of selling our property. We paid only paid around £275 with the initial payment and then the 5 viewings that took place. Nothing to pay on completion, we couldn’t believe the saving! We would recommend We Sold to anyone looking for 5 star services without the 5 star prices.

Potential buyers came in very fast and property was on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime location. Not sure about any others as did not check. I think everyone does look for property online now so they do have a point about not needing a High Street Agent. Very helpful staff and have no complaints.

Great choice choosing Wesold to sell my property. They kept everything straightforward and I would struggle to think of anything that would need improving. You really do wonder why most people still seem to use the typical estate agents that seem to charge enormous fees compared to Wesold. Just preparing for moving day now.

Offered a very good service right from the start. It was the first time I had heard of Pay pay viewing estate agents but they did an excellent job.

I was very please to get a respectable offer after the fifth viewing so I happily accepted. It cost me £175 in total and they were no extra fees at all apart from the viewing fees.

Pros - Cheap, I decided who viewed the property, paid for results (was going to go with another online agent but they charge £395 upfront and didn't like the idea of this.)

Cons - The do not accompany the viewings (This didn't really bother me, especially as I saved over £4000 compared to what my local agent wanted to charge)
