This is the best service I have ever used in over 8 years of letting property. Had numerous enquiries all dealt with in a very professional manner. Appointments set up within hours of going online. First viewer wanted the flat and started the process on the telephone whilst in the flat. I didn't have to do application form or agreement. All done online. Tenant was in within the week. Excellent service. Will definitely use again.

This is the third property I've let through tenants4u and once again I have been delighted with their very effective business model and fantastic customer service.

My property was live on major property portals within just of a few hours of me uploading it. Tenants4u lined up two viewings after only a few days of being advertised and both of these turned out to be very suitable prospective tenants. Offers from tenants were communicated to me professionally and I was able to make an informed decision to say let agreed - not something you are always in control of with a traditional high street agent! I was very pleased with the comprehensive information coming back from the referencing process which included checks from employer and previous landlord along with a lot of other useful and relevant information.

All this coupled with excellent email communications throughout the process by the team, I cannot thank them enough for their services which is unbelievably is free to landlords. I will have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

Seemed a great idea but despite 9 weeks of advertising my flat still isn't let, I've had three aborted viewings which I appreciate isn't down to tenants4u but nonetheless I've had no success.

Handed over to a conventional letting agent and they found a tenant in less than 2 weeks so it wasn't a pricing issue

I must commend Leon and his team for the excellent service they have provided. They are very professional, reliable and have an excellent customer service ethic. Value for money is exceptional and I would have no qualms in recommending.

I was slightly sceptical when it came to using an online company over local letting agents but the difference in costs swayed me. A local agent wanted a £300 set up fee from myself and then £180 application fees for each tenant application they processed. Tenants4u did the exact same service free for myself and just £100 per tenant application fee. I thought they were too good to be true - wrong! Fantastic customer service from the agents with regular contact via text, email and telephone calls. I put my property online Wednesday, had 4 viewings, 2 offers and a long term tenant by the Saturday! The agents also arranged my tenancy agreement which was a huge help for a first time landlord. Forced into renting out our former home, we opted for advertising in the local paper and local shop notice boards. We were unable to find a suitable tenant.
