When I made my contract with them, about 10 minutes later I've found some bad reviews about this company and phoned them up ASAP to get my money back as I've changed my mind, but R. said, they took my money from my account and R. has given all information to the searching team and they will give me a call within an hour, two. I had a very bad feeling and I was right.

I had to phone them up and ask what is going on. They said, they will call me back in about 2 days. These two days gone, I was waiting. J. phoned me up asking few questions and promised me, she will get back to me. Nothing happened. Shortly I have received an email from J. with a link in it. It was a website vebra, with a property. But, I've already seen that property before, and there was an error and the property wasn't for rent, but for sale. I replied on J.'s email to let her know, that I have seen this property and it isn't for rent. Since then, J. never ever replied, or phoned me back.

I have tried to contact J., and R. and finally I have managed to talk to someone manager or someone, but the person ( I don't know his name ) hung me up, he told me hold the phone. I was patient and held it for 5 minutes, then I got fed up and put the phone down.

Since this incident, I did write a letter to J. and R., but never ever got any reply.

SO PEOPLE!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING. It isn't a lie, it is the REAL TRUTH!!!

I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!!!!

We needed a property asap due to landlords selling up so life was stressful, we looked everyday, applied for information on a property on zoopla and we got a phone call from 'move-you' they say they have a 98% success rate, they have access to private landlords etc etc. well in 2 weeks we had an appointment for 1 property which was no use to us via the requirements we gave move you (ie allows a dog). Then i phoned them and asked why i'd not heard from them in a week and got told everyone was off! a week later still no sound from them, they took £60 from us and i feel stupid.

LIAR !!!!!! I PAID FOR THE SERVICE OF 99 POUNDS AND DID NOT GET ANY PROPERTIES . DO NOT PAY THEY ARE THEIFS !!!!!

They get you to pay ahead of actually seeing the contract - in the contract you rescind your rights to a refund. However, its an illegal contract because they haven't informed you of its contents prior to taking your money.

Then they don't tell you that its only for 2 months - mine told me the service was until I found a property -

Then I was told it would take 3 working days to find properties? Nothing happened. Then rang again, to be told its 3-14 working days !!! Talk about extending the goal posts !!!

Don't waste your time or money with this service - its a Scam ---- if you get caught contact Trading Standards and Sue them in the County Court for your money back.

i was at my wits end trying to find a property for m daughter as she is on part housing benefit and a student , i phoned move you who explained the service i was dubious at first as i have never heard of it before.

I spoke to a lovely lady calle chloe who assured me that they wuld do all they can. The first property wasnt suitable but the second was perfect and my daughter is now settled in her new home would defintly reccomend.

This company is another internet scam trading under the JTT Solutions Umbrella, which also includes www.netmovers.net www.internet-homes.co.uk and these are a few I know about!!! They are happy to rob your money!!!
