“Avoid at all costs”

Louis Taylors promised me a good sale on my house. Obviously because of the economy this did not happen. However, Louis Taylors also told me that they would not keep telling me to drop my house price they would think of other things instead. They kept telling me to drop my house price. They also only sent "Investors" to look at the house. Eventually I sold to an investor. I get the impression that Louis Taylors began working for this investor once my house was sold to him. He had his surveyor go around my house who I assume told him all was OK. I had renovated the house only 8 years earlier. This investor after we had signed on the dotted line and exchanged contracts, got Louis Taylors to ring me and ring me they did. Continually and not without threats. They rang me at home, work and on my mobile. This investor was trying to get me to pay for repairs on the house. It got so bad I eventually told their head office I would sue. The solictor who dealt with my house was brilliant and stopped the bullying from Louis Taylors. I would not advise anyone to go with Louis Taylors, they are without doubt, the worst estate agents I have had the misfortune to deal with.
