I put my house up for sale as the reviews were quite positive, however I've just noticed on this page they aren't.Maybe they hide them all on this page?
I did all the work myself,even taking the pictures, which they should have done.However two weeks later and plenty of phonecalls(which cost a fortune)I got fed up of waiting and did them myself. When they did finally put them on the quality was poor(which is hardly surprising as the camera guy turned up on a bike from miles away.) The floorplans weren't added for weeks (even though I kept nagging them and they said they were there..when they weren't!)I was charged straight away at the beginning when I selected to be charged at the end..the refund took two weeks (quick taking the money not so quick putting it back!) Then to top it up two months later (a month after cancelling they came and put up a for sale board over my existing estate agents board..who clearly dont know if they're coming or going!

I think the name simple refers to the people who work there! The process is anything but simple!
