This was my first buy-to-let property and I was apprehensive about using a letting agent. After finally making deciding to use an agent I was recommended to contact Fairview Estates. I am so glad that I decided to use Fairview Estates as they have been outstanding from the very beginning. Everything has been explained clearly and I have had nothing to worry about as they have sorted everything for me!! They have even gone the extra distance to help me with my latest residential purchase at no cost and they seem genuinely just happy to help. Simply put, the service was fantastic, the speed at which they handled everything from viewings, bookings, listings, and paper work was spot on and you could tell each and every property was important to them.

Two of our friends have since used their services to rent out properties and both have been rented almost straight away and have been handled with a professional attitude.

The website is nicely laid out, easy to use, navigate and well thought out as well. Its nice to see an estate agent that breaks away from the normal stereotype.
