The customer service  was exemplary and she was extremely professional and exceedingly helpful. unfortunately not all at Express Estate Agency are of the same caliber. A male member of the team tried to mislead me on the price and extract an extra £5,000 when confronted he said it was the "nature of the game", I wouldn't mind so much but he couldn't even get the quote right. Also i was incorrectly sent multiple deposits to pay however she resolved and corrected a collages work. She is the I didn't walk away from this estate agency and deal.
