My wife took time out of her day to view a flat advertised by Chase Evans, only to find that the flat was not the same as the one advertised (different photographs and different price). When confronted, the agent, Shahid Miah, just made excuses about it not being his responsibility to check advertisements. And when my wife stated that she was not interested the flat view, Shahid left immediately, without apology.

The second time I have used Chase Evans and both times I have found the whole process very easy. Excellent people working for the company that really help you out. Will definitely use again.

I'm generally satisfied with the Chase Evans service. My negotiator has been really kind and nice. he always replied to any of my questions. I have been really lucky to find him. Thanks again for your service.

Chase Evans is a very unprofessional agency who clearly have no regard for their clients once the rental agreement is signed. Their finance department is absimal as they consistently have mid calculated rent owed and when asked for evidence they are unable to provide... avoid at all costs!

I don't have words to describe how horrible my experience with chase evans was. Complete money suckers. Was waiting for a year to get my broken blinds changed, no result. They don't reply your email, don't respond to your requests. Pissing me off.

Deposit still hasn't been paid in 6 weeks and I have not been contacted, also all the stuff is very rude and no one answers my emails or calls.

They have the worst costumer service.

I had the worse experience from letting with chase evans. The letting team was very unprofessional, they lied to us, they said they would compensate us and never did, they don't follow the deadlines unless it's in they favor..they take ages to reply to emails.. The flats are great and the support team while you are renting is good but the letting team..please.. Tis was back in 2013..We are since December now trying to get our deposit back..I last heard from them in Mid February.. No reply from emails.. And it's not just me.. I know at least 3 other couples in the same situation.. I straggly believe all the good reviews are fake, must be!! Bad Bad Bad...never again!

Terrible. Do you know the carachteristic Salesman everyone has in mind? Here you are: so kind before you pay, absent and careless right after you sign.

We should have noticed that when they let us waiting for 1 hour the first day, did not turn up when we first went to the agency to speak with the manager.

The agent lied since the beginning, saying furniture and television were included but after moving in, we discovered were not there. Whenever we had problems they were able to disappear. Once, the boiler stopped working on Wednesday and we did not have anyone answering the emails nor the phone until the week after. Yes we stayed 6 days without hot water in December.

Not to mention that for any query / small issue we had, it took ages to get really heard by someone at the agency.

As icing on the cake, we had to repeteadly contact them to know what was going on with our deposit. We sadly discovered they charged us £2,000 out of £3,000 we give them at the beginning. Among the reasons mentioned in the invoice, shoe marks on the living room wooden sill.

Make your own consideration when you speak with them. Think twice before going ahead

Very poor service offered.

They have been very kind until the day we signed our contract. Then they disappeared - talking to them or having repair done has been difficult, they have never been helpful or friendly.

The worst part was the checkout: the flat we left was in extremely good condition. However, they forced us to pay £300 from the deposit - on top of the check out fee - for very small damages which were already in the inventory at check in time. They totally ignored the comments we sent on the check out, showing to be not professional at all. The feeling was that they were only trying to get as much as they could from the check out rather than doing their job.

Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Hidden charges; on occasions I also did their jobs for them. Lots of excuses. Avoid like the plague.
