Having ordered a gift on Equus and the site stated it was in stock and gave a delivery date that was well within the timelines I needed, I was really dissapointed that I had to chase delivery as it was later than expected and was then told that they're basically a drop shipping business as they didn't hold stock of this item themselves but were just getting it from a 3rd party and didn't have concerete timings. I explained the situation and was offered some loyalty points which amounted to a cash value of about £1 which didn't exactly fill me with joy. I'd say if you want to go to a reliable retailer who has proper stock levels and stock control and can thus deliver what you need when they say they can I'd avoid Equus.

I ordered a couple of items in the clearance sale and received them the next day even though I did not pay for next day delivery, one of the items did not fit... a free returns service is offered and they replaced in 2 days with the correct size, easy to get in touch with them on Facebook, twitter, skype etc - perfect transaction and amazing products and website, discount codes etc. Why aren't all equestrian stores like this one!? Well done Equus - not seen you before but will definitely be using you again!
