Highlights of this album were the classic Sweet Child O' Mine, the raw, powerful Welcome to The Jungle, the extremely catchy and head bangingly awesome Paradise City, Night train, My Michelle, Rocket Queen and Mr Brownstone. I really enjoyed this album, a must have classic for any proper Rock N' Roll collection.

Guns n' Roses, Appetite for Destruction - When I first got this I was amazed at how good it is. Then I was told it's from 1987 and I was shocked at how timeless it is. None of the songs seem outdated, even now. As a guitarist, I literally drool over the amazing Sweet Child O' Mine riff and the other tracks have pure classic rock elements in them, not a single one outdated. This album should be up there with Dark Side of the Moon and Led Zeppelin 4. GET IT!
Agree with the reviews thus far. You really can't fault it for power and energy. The guitar work is a masterclass, and whatever you think of Rose's voice, he certainly carries the song along. Why did they start doing cover songs when their own were so good?
This truly is one of the, if not THE, greatest rock album of all time. It is timeless and sounds of pure hard rock. Sweet Child stands to be my favorite, with an amazing solo from Slash, and Rocket Queen in also uber. So good. Worth my money. I might just buy it again, so i can have two...
