Coronation Street - Funk Fit Is A Good Exercise Dv
Coronation Street - Funk Fit is a good exercise DVD - it's not very intensive but this allows me to do the whole hour without being too tired to do anything else all day. The girls seem nice enough (my boyfriend thinks so anyway!) and I've found I'm actually learning some new dance moves as I go. Recommended but I'd pair it with a harder DVD for when you don't have a whole hour to spend but still want a good workout.
