If you like driving/racing games then you'll enjoy this game for sure! With the option to change the way your car handles, the gear ratio, what tyres you're driving with are all editable! With all the teams from the 2001 Formular one season as well as all the drivers! There is also a running commentary from Murry Walker & Martin Brundle! If you're lucky enough to own the Limited Edition Pack you will also get the bonus DVD with Exclusive DVD season 2000 footage review disk as well as driver iterviews and more! I highly recommend this game, even if you don't like playing driving games but love formula one you'll enjoy this game!

On Playstation 2 this EA sports formula one game for the is incredible.

It has a Gran Turismo type driving licence test before other options can be opened up, such as tackling the the long sweeping corners of Monza at high speed ( no grass allowed on your tyres here!!! ), interactive pit stops, the list of tests go on and on, you need to pass each test with a minimum of 60% to pass but it all really gets you into HOW to control the car. You can experience a quick race or have a go at the entire championship season OR your own custom season with your favorite tracks.

The visuals are quite amazing when racing-lots of camera angles to choose from, all the circuts are a visual treat, race in all weather conditions from heavy rain to a bright hot day, the sunlight streaming through the trees of some circuts while you are speeding along is breathtaking

Even on medium difficulty mode while racing its a real challenge to catch up with the likes of Schumacher, Hakkinen or Coulthard in front, you are concentrating 100% and ive got to admit the game IS addictive and a MUST if you are a F1 fanatic if you are not then its a great way to get into it all. Get "thumb" insurance if you wish to battle the fastest guys on the planet on a full 60-70 laps !!!!
