Supreme Self Confidence by Paul McKenna is good stuff. The hypnotist is very skilled. I noticed some small changes and I will see if they last after 1 month of doing it.

Great induction & valuable suggestions for increasing self confidence. This will work surely if you hear it regularly everyday for 1 month or more, unlike many self hypnosis tapes.

Paul Mckenna, Supreme Self Confidence - The Paul Mckenna CD was borrowed from a friend who, like myself, has always had a low level of confidence. People seemed to always comment on how I was always apologising for things that I had not done or had nothing to apologise for. I found this was affecting all aspects of my life from relationships with friends family to neccessary tasks such as applying for a job. More than what other people thought of me, it was making me very miserable, as I felt as though I was missing out on what the world had to offer.

Rather than going on and on, this CD has helped me in every way, on a basic level it relaxes me and when I have more time to listen to the CD, it does send me into a trance. There are times when I don't remember much, but certainly day by day the negative feelings about myself are beginning to decrease - It's fantastic. I'm not quite sure whether the affects have been positive because of the CD - but I definitely feel different. Give it a try, you never know.
