Debbie Brown, 50 Easy Party Cakes

I had never made a birthday cake before but when I found this book and its amazing ideas I just had to give it a go. From the first attempt my cakes were a success and I am now making all sorts of cakes for friends and family and even getting paid for them!

The book gives you clear step by step instructions so you can't really go wrong.

I can't recommend Debbie Brown books enough her cakes are amazing and not that impossible to re-create if you just give it a try.
