Excellent pick up service, however 6 working days to inspect, ending with a £45 value reduction due to a couple of apparent 'blotches on the screen'. In my opinion the computer was in perfect condition even down to the original cellophane wrapping of the screen, mouse, keyboard cables etc.all shipped in the original packing & shipping boxes (both inner & outer). They gave a good price, and having a courier pick up the Mac was handy. However, it took 2.5 weeks to receive payment with basically zero communication in between - I was worried for a while that I had been scammed! I was scared at first coz i had never heard of the company before. I checked online and was told i would get £190 for my old mac but then received an email sayig i would only get £150 as i had not sent mouse and keyboard, which i rememeber mentioning on the online form that those were not included. That was a bit annoying but i accepted it and did get my £150 in the bank.
