Great Service

I can highly recommend this service, they offered a good price compared to others on the web that I researched. The quoting process was easy and clear, leading to a quote I found acceptable. A courier was arranged who arrived exactly at the time specified and the whole return process was very easy. The only reason that this is not 5 stars is that I heard nothing then for a week then got a mail saying all testing was completed and my money was on its way. I would have preferred at least an update on the order tracker to say they had received my MacBook. Overall though this was easy to complete and the price was good.
