I went through the process to sell 2 iPads. Was not contacted as described in the process (spam / junk mail regularly checked). No response to 2 e-mails asking for update / information.

Have now used contact form again to try and cancel on-hold items - received confirmation of sending so know something is working

I recently sent in my iPod Nano as well as a Bose SoundDock - Gadget Mill alerted me that I selected the wrong (lower model) and increased the price - they didn't have to but were extremely honest!
